When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

• Germany: 3–8 business days

• Spain: 2–5 business days

• France: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

You may try on your items as you would in a store. Please note that handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the items may result in a deduction from your refund if their value is reduced.

 

How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning their order.

If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect product has been delivered, SALUE STUDIO will cover the return shipping costs.

 

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes sizing information to help you find your best fit.

How should I care for my garment?

To preserve the quality of your SALUE piece, please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label.

 

Is your clothing designed for UV protection?

Yes. Our garments are made using fabrics with certified UPF 50+ sun protection, combining functional protection with contemporary design.

 

Where are your garments made?

Our garments are made in Poland, in collaboration with experienced manufacturing partners.

 

Where do your fabrics come from?

We carefully source our fabrics from selected European suppliers, choosing materials that combine performance, comfort and durability. Depending on the product, fabrics are GOTS- or OEKO-TEX® certified.

 

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Spain.
