What is the return policy?
You have the statutory right to return your order within 7 days after receiving it.
Before returning your item, please contact us by email at contact@saluestudio.com to register your return or through the *CONTACT* form on our website to register your return. This allows us to process your return efficiently and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning their order. If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect product has been delivered, SALUE STUDIO will cover the return shipping costs.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- France: 3–7 business days

Where do your fabrics come from?
We carefully source our fabrics from selected European mills, choosing high-quality materials that combine performance, comfort and durability.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Spain.
