RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. 14-Day Returns
We hope you love your SALUE pieces. If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where possible. You are welcome to try on your items as you would in a store. Please note that excessive handling resulting in a loss of value may affect your refund.
2. How to Return
To request a return, log in to your customer account, open the relevant order, and select the option to request a return. Choose the items you wish to return and submit your request.
We'll provide you with the next steps. Please send your return within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can keep proof of shipment.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll be happy to help resolve the issue.
5. Exceptions
Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and keep you updated.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of its shipment, whichever comes first.
For a full order withdrawal, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded, excluding any additional charges for express or premium shipping.
