Every SALUE piece is carefully packed and shipped from Spain.

We currently ship to the following countries:

• Germany

• France

We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Germany: 5–8 business days

• Spain: 2–5 business days

• France: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, where required by law.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
