1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the SALUE STUDIO online store.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

 

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By completing the checkout process and clicking the purchase button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when SALUE STUDIO accepts your order by sending an order confirmation via email or dispatching the goods.

 

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.

 

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or the relevant payment provider.

SALUE STUDIO is liable without limitation for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability for the breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for injury to life, body or health, fraudulent conduct or liability under mandatory statutory provisions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

 

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective. Mandatory statutory provisions shall apply in place of any invalid provision.
