1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online store of SALUE STUDIO.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes that are outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Contract Formation
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process and clicking the purchase button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded once SALUE STUDIO accepts your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process before the order is completed.

4. Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the selected payment provider.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain.
We currently deliver to:

• France

6. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of SALUE STUDIO until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights applicable under German law shall apply.

8. Liability
SALUE STUDIO shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraudulent misrepresentation or liability under mandatory statutory provisions.

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
