RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received both your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods, or proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Returning the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 7 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned items must be:

unworn

unused
-
unwashed
-
in their original condition
-
with all original tags attached
-
returned in the original packaging where possible
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
